​Meet the Team

Dr. Mark Rosekelly, M.Div., D.O. 
Mark grew up in Norwalk, Ohio prior to moving to Chicago, Illinois, to attend college at Moody Bible Institute.  He obtained a Masters of Divinity at North Park Theological Seminary and earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency in Ft. Hood, Texas in 2019. He worked at Reynolds Army Health Clinic in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma until 2023. He opened Fruitful Oaks Direct Primary Care in 2021 to serve the needs of his community in Duncan, Oklahoma.  Mark and Stephanie married in 2008 and have three adorable children.

Stephanie Rosekelly, APRN, CNM
Stephanie grew up in Fox Lake, Illinois, prior to going to school at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she earned both her Bachelors and Masters in Nursing, specializing in midwifery. She recently opened a homebirth practice called Fruitful Oaks Midwifery, bringing her experience in homebirth to SW Oklahoma. When she isn't catching babies or taking care of the family, she serves at Fruitful Oaks Direct Primary Care by offering well-woman exams, drawing labs when needed, and assisting Dr. Rosekelly during procedures.
